Couple searching for a solid stay

The staff were really friendly and helpful, made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was actually pretty decent, I mean who doesn't love muffins and coffee before heading out, right?

The location of the Hampton Inn in New York was fantastic, just steps from Times Square. I loved how easy it was to get to the subway station too. The free breakfast each morning offered a nice variety, and that was a great way to start the day. Unfortunately, the room felt cramped, similar to a cruise cabin, leaving little space for our luggage. The elevator system was a hassle, especially with a pram and luggage. often, I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a lift. We also faced some issues with air conditioning and the TV in our room. The air con was surprisingly noisy and turned on and off randomly, while the TV shut down after a short while. It really took away from the comfort of our stay, but the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
