We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, yet everything was perfect. The setting was AMAZING, really close to Manhattan and the Macy's parade. Located away from hustle and bustle, it was easy to find.

All is excellent, I had a nice new year. Its staff are friendly, I greatly enjoyed it. This place is in a marvellous location in the Theater District. A 5-minute walk will take you to Mcdonald's, where you can eat.

the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very good too make us feel welcome, especially Rosey, who was friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast choices could definitely use more variety and better seating options.

It was a brand-new hotel that covered all our needs. The room we had included tea and coffee making equipment, iron/ironing board, and a work desk. The location close to everything was great and amazing. Plus, it was close to the Macy's parade🙂

it’s just a 15-minute walk to Grand Central. The complimentary breakfast was a great perk, and I appreciated the all-day access to complimentary coffee and tea, which added to the convenience.

I did encounter some minor inconvenience with the chaotic elevator situation. It was often challenging to secure a lift, especially during peak hours, which made traveling between floors somewhat frustrating.
